Shipping Destination

This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Orders placed by customers in the United States are processed through our international dispatch network and may then be handed over to our US fulfilment or delivery partner for the final part of the shipment.

At this time, we do not offer delivery outside the United States.

Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Our usual shipping timeframes are listed below.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are generally processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, as well as orders submitted on weekends or public holidays, are usually processed on the next business day.

Handling time

Orders are normally prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Transit time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 5 to 8 business days, from Monday to Friday, depending on the destination and the carrier responsible for the parcel.

Estimated total delivery time

In most cases, orders are delivered within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier disruptions, peak periods, weather conditions, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Carriers

We use third-party shipping and delivery providers to transport orders within the United States. The carrier used for a parcel may vary depending on the destination and the logistics route.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this email may include a tracking number.

You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment through:

  • the shipping carrier’s website, and/or
  • the order tracking page on our website, where available

Delivery Problems

If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a delay, missing parcel, or damaged package, we recommend first checking the tracking information, where tracking is available.

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team and include your order number together with any relevant details.

We will contact the carrier where necessary and do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected from a pickup point, we may deduct any return shipping or re-shipment costs from your refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If you realise that you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made after an order has been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help.
