30 Day Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be accepted for return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Any accessories that came with the item must also be returned

Return Costs

Incorrect, faulty, or damaged items

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered:

  • We will pay for the return shipping costs
  • We will offer you either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and your preference

The currency that applies to this policy is USD.

We do not apply any restocking fees.

Change of mind, size issues, or style preference

If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, such as the size, fit, colour, or style not being right for you:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Any original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable

Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items, including underwear, may not be eligible for return. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state that the item is non-returnable. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

2. Prepare your return

Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and make sure all tags, accessories, and any included documents are enclosed.

3. Send the parcel back

Once we have reviewed your return request, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Please follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation email and hand the parcel to the shipping carrier listed there.

Refunds

Once your returned item has arrived, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the return conditions.

If your return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
